Introducing Our Expert Nutritionist and Her Approach to Long-Term Health

We’re passionate about more than just what goes into our bottles, we’re committed to changing how people think about health.

That’s why we’re proud to introduce a new health & wellness series in collaboration with expert nutritionist Gabriele (Gabi) Zaromskyte. As a Registered Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Holistic Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Gabi brings science, experience, and compassion into every aspect of her practice.

Gabi’s Journey

But her journey into the world of nutrition didn’t begin in a lecture hall. It began with personal struggle.

“I thrive on structure, routine, and clear planning,” Gabi explains. “But in my younger years, those traits led me to a restrictive, obsessive relationship with food.” Like many, she fell into the trap of chasing aesthetics rather than genuine health—eating clean and training hard, but feeling constantly depleted. A brief stint in finance provided the wake-up call she needed: pursuing appearance without fulfilment left her empty.

Determined to shift her perspective, Gabi returned to what had truly fascinated her all along, the science behind food. Earning her MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London with distinction, she developed a deeper, molecular-level understanding of how food functions as fuel, medicine, connection, and joy.

Today, Gabi works with individuals, groups, and brands to cut through the noise of trendy diets and unrealistic ideals. Her core philosophy? Add, don’t restrict.

“I promote a ‘nutrition by addition’ mindset. Instead of asking what you should cut out, ask what you can add to feel better.”

Today, Gabi works with individuals, groups, and brands to cut through the noise of trendy diets and unrealistic ideals. Her core philosophy? Add, don’t restrict.

Gut health is central to her work. “I always look to include a diverse range of colourful, seasonal ingredients, because that diversity feeds a healthy microbiome,” she says.

So, what drew her to 2Juice?

The 2Juice Partnership

The story of Josh, Alfi, and Archie. Their green grocer roots and their desire to challenge a market saturated with sugar-laden, pasteurised juices resonated with her. They weren’t following a fad. “Their genuine commitment to purity, freshness, and using high-quality ingredients reflected my own values as a Nutritionist,” She says.

It’s a common misconception that cold-pressed juices are simply sugar bombs. Gabi is quick to challenge that. “I also wanted to dispel the myths about cold-pressed juices discussed above. To prove this wrong, together with 2Juice we created a range of functional, balanced drinks, each drink focusing on specific health goals”.

Unlike other juicing methods, cold-pressed preserves more soluble fibre, which actually slows sugar absorption and supports blood sugar regulation.

Through this partnership, Gabi is working closely with 2Juice to develop a range of functional drinks with specific health goals in mind. From energy and digestion to immunity and recovery. But the vision doesn’t stop at products.

“It’s also a great chance to educate the public, especially in debunking myths around cold-pressed juices and demonstrating their health benefits when properly formulated.”

What the future of health & nutrition looks like…

What excites Gabi most about the wellness world today is its long-overdue pivot away from short-term transformations toward longevity. She’s enthusiastic about trends that focus on real food, Mediterranean-style eating, and everyday habits grounded in science..

Her go-to tip for getting started? Embrace variety. “Try to get as many plant types and colours on your plate as you can. Different combinations not only maximise nutrients, but it turns it into a visually appealing and mouthwatering experience.”

Gabi’s approach is proof that science and joy can (and should) co-exist on your plate. And at 2Juice, we’re proud to be on this mission with her—bringing better choices, better understanding, and better health to our community.

Stay tuned for more from Gabi in our upcoming posts.
